SQ-SUR GCS30H is an amino acid surfactant based on Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate. Unlike conventional sulfates, it causes minimal irritation to skin and eyes, making it ideal for sensitive skin, compromised barriers, and baby care products. It does not strip the natural lipid layer, reducing tightness and redness post-rinse. Its 5% solution has a pH of 10.0–11.0, which can be neutralized to near-skin pH in formulations. Additionally, it is readily biodegradable, supporting eco-friendly formulas and green beauty claims that meet consumer demands for safe, sustainable products.

This surfactant generates rich, fine, and creamy foam, elevating the sensory experience of cleansing. Its unique “moisture after-feel” leaves skin and hair soft, hydrated, and non-slippery post-rinse – a clear advantage over common surfactants. With solid content 29-31% and NaCl 4.8-6.0%, it ensures batch-to-batch consistency and easy thickening. When combined with other surfactants, it shows synergy: boosting foam volume and creaminess while further reducing overall formula irritation. Light color (APHA ≤150) suits transparent or pearlescent products.
