SQ-OP 31S is an anionic styrene/acrylates copolymer opacifier (INCI: Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer), appearing as a white liquid with solid content 39.0%-41.0%, pH 1.8-3.5, and viscosity ≤500 mPa.s. Developed specifically for body wash, it imparts a uniform milky, lotion-like appearance and effectively covers amber or other non-transparent base colors. At low dosage (0.1%-1.0%), it delivers high opacifying efficiency, excellent whiteness, and enhanced dye color performance in body wash. As a liquid product, it is easy to handle and particularly suitable for simple body wash formulations dominated by anionic surfactants, offering an ideal balance of performance and cost-effectiveness.

For body wash manufacturing, the recommended dosage is 0.1%-1.0% of total formulation. It should be added at the final production step (after final pH adjustment). Before use, dilute with deionized water at least 4 times by weight, then slowly add the diluted solution into the system under continuous stirring to ensure uniform dispersion. Stability testing of the finished body wash containing SQ-OP 31S is recommended to verify long-term performance.
