SQ-VPVI 30 is N-Vinylpyrrolidone/N-Vinylimidazole Copolymer, also known as VP/VI Copolymer, Color Lock & Anti-staining VP/VI Copolymer for Personal Care and Personal care raw material for color retention and anti-dye transfer. Traditional PVP suffers from weak dye complexing capacity, poor salt resistance and slow dissolution. Modified with vinyl imidazole, this product owns strong affinity and complexing ability to capture free dyes efficiently for anti-dye transfer and anti-staining. It tolerates high concentration of Yuan Ming powder and maintains stable performance, solving common problems in printing, dyeing and detergent formulas.

It features much better water solubility than conventional PVP and dissolves quickly in cold and normal temperature water for easy batching. It has excellent compatibility with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants without stratification or turbidity. In textile industry, it protects fabric color and reduces fading during washing, and lowers adhesion between fabrics and equipment to optimize soaping processes. As a personal care ingredient, it forms breathable films on skin and hair for styling, impurity adsorption and conditioning, and improves formula fluidity to avoid sedimentation and delamination.

With stable physical and chemical properties, wide pH adaptability, low irritation and odorless characteristic, it is safe for application. Integrating dye complexing, color retention, anti-staining, anti-adhesion and formula stabilization, it simplifies formulations and cuts production costs.
