Guangzhou ShengQing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, it has two brands, one is 'SQ Material' which includes ingredients belongs to surfactants, silicone fluids, silicone specialty and polymers; the other is 'SENCHIN' which includes encapsulated fragrance, liquid colorant and innovative actives. With its production site founded in 2018, ShengQing has a 20,000sqms manufacturing site with 35 reactors which could match 50,000tons annual output, and also has a mature oversea and domestic sales channel, as well as a series of mature products matrix which are approved by several leading domestic and oversea clients.

One one hand, ShengQing is able to utilize advanced devices to analyze particle size, inner viscosity, raw materials structure, and so on. On the other hand, ShengQing tests key ingredients at minus 15 degrees for 30 days, and also at 60 degree for 30 to 45 days to make sure products stability could meet clients demand.

Q: Supposed ShengQing has quality issue, how will ShengQing deals with and will ShengQing compensate?
A: We have very few quality complaints, as ShengQing team is serious and strict on quality control.
However, we do have one time quality issue that is related to operation method, it's an old client who found the product couldn't be melt to liquid because his customer didn't have electronic power to drive the melting belts which could roll up iron drum of raw materials. ShengQing sales team checked samples at the lab. firstly to make sure the parameters of products was good as client's demand, package at client warehouse was good condition, and came to the conclusion that the key issue is operation way. Based on this, ShengQing teams came up with 3 melting methods per Chinese local clients experience, however, due to the lack of electricity, none of them were accepted. Finally, ShengQing agreed to return the full container back to China at its expense, and it's a big loss but it's nothing comparing with clients' value and ShengQing principle. From this case, ShengQing learnt it's important to figure out every aspects incl. operation condition at clients site before moving with orders.

Q: Will you provide free samples? Which courier will you use to mail samples?
A: Yes we provide samples like 50-500grams per type. If the quantity of the parcel was less than 1kg, most times ShengQing is willing to bear the cost because we know big companies have complicated procedure to apply payment for sampling. If the quantity is more than 1kg, ShengQing will provide sample for free but appeal for clients support to bear the freight at clients side.
Most sample package will be shipped out via DHL/ Fedex, generally speaking it takes 5-10 days to reach clients desk. If you have specific requirement on courier for easier clearance purpose, please contact ShengQing team in advance.
Q: Why should I work with ShengQing instead of working with ShengQing's competitor which is bigger and more famous?
A: We do respect your choice and our competitors from the bottom of our heart. A: The goods production will be finished within 30 days upon the date of PI confirmation. Most times, it would be earlier than 30 days.

A: Welcome to visit us. Normally it takes 6 hours for communing from Guangzhou to our plant, if your time were ample, it's better to visit factories together which will be organized by ShengQing sales team; if your time were limited, it's also workable to visit ShengQing's Guangzhou office.
