Polyquaternium 37& Mineral Oil & C11-15 Alkyl Ethoxylate-7 is a liquid polymer thickener made by dispersing cationic acrylic monomers in mineral oil. Its solution exhibits pseudoplasticity and non-thixotropy, and the gel structure it forms can be readily disrupted by shear forces, yet quickly returns to its original state upon the removal of external forces. It can be used to O/W emulsions with excellent stability without consideration of the HLB value of the oil phase. No require neutralization or heating during production, not only can be used for cold processed, and also for thickening cationic aqueous systems.

SQ-Agrosil 216 is a kind of non-ionic polyether modified silicone surfactant with a low molecular weight. With an amount of 0.1% added, the surface tension of water reduces to 22mN/m. It is mainly used in herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals in pesticides. SQ-Agrosil 216 can improve the wettability, rollout, permeability of pesticides and increase the spray coverage and promote the absorption of pesticide. It also can reduce the usage per unit area, pesticide residues and water (could reduce the use of water by 70% at most). Water-in-Oil and Water-in-Silicone Emulsifier Lauryl PEG-10 Tris(Trimethylsiloxy)Silylethyl Dimethicone is a non-diluted silicone surfactant, a comb-type polyether product. It is an excellent W/O (Water-in-Oil) and W/Si (Water-in-Silicone) emulsifier with high formulation flexibility. It can be combined with high concentrations of different types of silicone oils, synthetic fats, plant oils, and sunscreens. By adjusting the oil-to-water phase ratio, emulsions with different viscosities can be formulated. The water phase content in the emulsion can reach up to 90%. After application, it leaves a moisturizing, non-greasy skin feel with a low odor.
