At present, most conventional silicone emulsions in the hair care industry suffer from the core pain point of low solid content. A high proportion of dosage is required to achieve basic hair care effects, which not only increases the cost of shampoo formula, raw materials and transportation, but also leads to bloated formula system and insufficient stability. It is prone to quality problems such as delamination, oil floating and coarsening during long-term storage, with limited hair care performance that cannot effectively improve heat-dye damage, frizzy and tangled hair. Targeting these industry problems, SQ-SE 785H is developed as a high-solid-content and small-particle-size silicone emulsion emulsified by anionic surfactants. It is specially optimized for shampoo scenarios with high cost performance, excellent stability and superior conditioning performance, serving as a core functional raw material for high-end 2-in-1 shampoos and professional repair shampoos, and can also be applied to body wash for skin moisturizing and conditioning.

Leveraging the advantages of high-solid-content concentrated formula, SQ-SE 785H has a much higher concentration of active ingredients than ordinary products, achieving strong hair care effects with low dosage and completely solving the drawbacks of high dosage, high cost and low efficiency of traditional products. Equipped with a fine and uniform small-particle-size structure, the product can spread quickly and evenly on the hair surface and penetrate deeply to accurately repair damaged hair cuticles. It significantly improves the wet and dry combing performance of hair, eliminates wet hair astringency and dry hair tangles and frizz, and endows hair with long-lasting smoothness and transparent luster without silicone accumulation or flat and greasy hair, perfectly meeting the high-end hair care needs of light and smooth hair. With a stable emulsification system, it has excellent compatibility with anionic and nonionic shampoo systems, suitable for mainstream formulas such as sulfate-free and mild weak acid formulas, and features high and low temperature resistance and acid-base resistance, greatly improving the storage stability of finished products.
