Cationic Conditioner Polyquaternium 22 is an aqueous copolymer of diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylic acid, which is a kind of amphoteric polymer. POLYQUTA 280 has excellent stability in extreme pH applications making it ideally suited for use in products for dry orchemically treated hair. POLYQUTA 280 is also recommended for ethnic hair care as well as skin care applications.
