SQ-SE 949L is an silicone emulsion for conditioner. Dimethicone 100 cst can provide clear and non-greasy feel, free of skin irritation. Dimethicone 100 cst is an low odor silicone commonly utilized in cosmetic and personal care formulations. Its solution exhibits pseudoplasticity and non-thixotropy, and the gel structure it forms can be readily disrupted by shear forces, yet quickly returns to its original state upon the removal of external forces. It can be used to O/W emulsions with excellent stability without consideration of the HLB value of the oil phase. No require neutralization or heating during production, not only can be used for cold processed, and also for thickening cationic aqueous systems.
